After the recent passage of the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act, it is important to understand how the new tax legislation and its increase to the nation’s budget deficit could impact New York’s housing industry. New York Housing Conference’s Director of Policy and Programs Jessica Facciponti will provide an overview of the affordable housing and homeless crisis in New York State and highlight several federal concerns that need to be on your radar. Specifically, she will provide housing- focused updates on the federal budget, the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act and housing finance reform. Communications, Marketing & Technology Forum Start 2018 right by learning about apps that will help you automate repeated activities and improve your productivity. Plus, Vice Chair Miguel Berger will discuss the way Artificial Intelligence is disrupting the real estate industry and how REALTORS ® can embrace it.
