Designed and led by grassroots student and alumni members, the University College London (UCL) MBA Labs are as focused on real-world impact as they are on the continued development of participants. Paolo Taticchi fills us in on the details and direction of this award‑winning initiative for lifelong learning. Interview by Tim Banerjee Dhoul
“As a global online MBA, we actively seek enrichment activities that bring in a core network, while allowing for the application of diverse industry skills to address critical issues. These include the grand challenges of our time, such as sustainability, AI and healthcare. How did it feel to win the Best Lifelong Learning Initiative award? “It was fantastic. Winning the award was an amazing recognition for the work of so many people across the UCL MBA programme. Our students, alumni, industry partners, module leaders and the programme team were all critical in making the UCL MBA Labs an innovative success.
