1 pint heavy cream 1 tsp minced onion 1 can butter biscuits’
Cook sausage. Spray a 9x13 pan, cut the biscuits into 1” pieces, line the bottom of the pan with the biscuits, sprinkle sausage crumbles and cheese, mix the eggs, milk, cream, salt & pepper and onions. Pour over along with gravy mix. Refrigerate over night. Cook at 350 for 1 hour & 5 minutes uncovered. Pistachio Brie Bites 1 wheel of Brie (or an 8 oz wedge), cut into small cubes 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 1 cup honey 1 cup chopped pistachios (roasted + salted work great) Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a drizzle of fig jam Prep the pastry: Preheat your oven to 375 ° F. Cut the puff pastry into 12 small squares. Fill them: Place pastry squares into a mini muffin tin. Add a cube of Brie to each. Top it: Add a small spoonful of honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Optional: Add a tiny dab of fig jam or a dusting of cinnamon. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffed. Serve warm: They’re best fresh out of the oven gooey, sweet, salty, and nutty!

Grinch Cookies 1 box vanilla cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs
Green food coloring Red heart sprinkles Optional: 1/2 tsp mint extract for a “Grinchy” twist Powdered sugar for rolling Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until a dough forms. Add green food coloring until you get the per- fect Grinch green. Roll the dough into small balls, then roll each ball lightly in powdered sugar . Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake 8–10 minutes ... they should be soft in the middle. While warm, gently press a red heart sprinkle onto each cookie. Let cool and enjoy the festive Grinch vibes! Grinch Punch 1 gallon green Hawaiian Punch (Green Berry Rush or similar) Optional rim: Dip the tops of glasses in a little corn syrup or water, then dip in red sugar to give the “Grinch” holiday pop. Mix the punch: In a large punch bowl, combine the green punch and lemon-lime soda. Stir gently. Scoop in ice cream or sherbet just before serving. It will foam up and look magical. Serve cold: Ladle into glasses and add a cherry on top for a Grinch “heart” that grew three size. Don’t let your business hibernate this winter!
