1 pint heavy cream 1 tsp minced onion 1 can butter biscuits’
Cook sausage. Spray a 9x13 pan, cut the biscuits into 1” pieces, line the bottom of the pan with the biscuits, sprinkle sausage crumbles and cheese, mix the eggs, milk, cream, salt & pepper and onions. Pour over along with gravy mix. Refrigerate over night. Cook at 350 for 1 hour & 5 minutes uncovered. Pistachio Brie Bites 1 wheel of Brie (or an 8 oz wedge), cut into small cubes 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 1 cup honey 1 cup chopped pistachios (roasted + salted work great) Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a drizzle of fig jam Prep the pastry: Preheat your oven to 375 ° F. Cut the puff pastry into 12 small squares. Fill them: Place pastry squares into a mini muffin tin. Add a cube of Brie to each. Top it: Add a small spoonful of honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Optional: Add a tiny dab of fig jam or a dusting of cinnamon. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffed. Serve warm: They’re best fresh out of the oven gooey, sweet, salty, and nutty!
