HSIS Early Years - Choking Prevention and Emergency Response
This course provides early years staff with essential skills to prevent and respond to choking incidents in children. Participants will learn to identify choking hazards, recognize the signs of airway obstruction, and act quickly and effectively during emergencies. Practical demonstrations of back blows, abdominal thrusts and basic CPR techniques are included to build confidence in managing these critical situations.
