EXPERIENCE

Relevant and recognised qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering Experience as a Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineer within a related organisation. Previous experience of managing co-ordinating and monitoring performance of external M&E consultan Undertaking M&E feasibility studies and producing scenarios and options with budgets and cost plans. Experience in Engineering Design and Infrastructure systems. Experience of leading on M&E installations on new and refurbishment projects. Producing an M&E Engineering Strategy and specifications along with design information briefs to proc Experience of management of governance, business cases, budgets and budgetary information. Experience of undertaking site audits and checks of “as built” information, soft landings process and liai contractors. Ability to apply robust commercial, finance and contractual acumen Ability to exercise effective Leadership at the same time as working collaboratively creating an effective manging through influence and developing freedom for the team to operate. Good all-round organisational skills and an ability to plan own workload Computer literate and experience of database management and record keeping systems Display sound business sense and project management skills; Have excellent all-round judgement and communication skills (both oral and written) and a good person Be able to work independently towards agreed goals, with a very high degree of professional integrity Be service oriented and willing to provide support to a wide variety of end-users including external prov objectives for the management of drawing information Must demonstrate initiative, flexibility and ability to work under pressure Good interpersonal skills, able to work well within a team and to influence best practice as part of a tea Proactive approach and self motivated Analytical and organised.
