And don ’ t forget — our Pet Parade returns during Can-Am Week! We ’ ll be getting our pups dressed up to strut their stuff, so start planning those costumes and get ready for a fun and festive celebration of our four-legged residents. Our Pet Wash project is getting closer to becoming a reality! We are planning for a ground-breaking in February as we officially kick off construction. A huge THANK YOU goes to ORPS Bingo , whose generous donation is helping make this project possible. Their support is truly appreciated by PAWS and the entire pet-loving community at ORPS. Community outreach continues to be a big part of what PAWS is all about. Recently, members of our community—along with ORPS Security—helped two rogue huskies who had escaped their home and decided ORPS looked like a pretty amazing place to explore. Thanks to quick action and teamwork, the pups were safely reunited, showing once again what a caring and connected community we have here.
Mid-Season Update
2026 is officially here, and believe it or not, we are already halfway through our season at Outdoor Resort Palm Springs! It ’ s been an amazing few months for PAWS, and we ’ re excited about what ’ s ahead. January marked the return of PAWS Trivia at ORPS , and it was a big hit—thank you to everyone who came out to support the fun and our furry friends. In February, we ’ re keeping the momentum going with a special Can-Am Trivia Night . This time, we ’ re not pitting the USA against Canada … instead, we ’ re mixing things up! Teams will work together to answer trivia questions, so start building your teams now— and be sure to create a nice blend of Americans and Canadians for extra fun and camaraderie.
