Develop a NSBE K-12 Position Paper that includes implementation plan and leverages work of Strategic Direction - Pre-Collegiate

Develop black professor retention strategy (see Profound Gentlemen and Black Teacher Collaborative models as examples) Develop corporate to collegiate chapter engagement strategy with metrics of number and level of engagement, starting with BCA and expand to other companies. Traditional College position paper and implementation plan to explore strategies for engaging technical, trade, etc schools Develop data tracking system (platform procedures, policies) across all strategic priorities Define the culture model for members and leaders that clarifies competencies, behaviors and values Develop NSBE engineering and Professional Education - Beyond Develop business plan, valuation and work plans for revenue and growth initiatives planned Re-Imagine Career Fair • Engage sponsor and attendee stakeholders to better understand value proposition and pricing drivers • Facilitate design-thinking sprints to reimagine career placement with/without career conference / event as an anchor.
