Have you reviewed the PIDAT (Post Incident Drug and Alcohol Testing) with your managers and associates? Have both signed off on our new Compass policy? It has been reviewed a few times, and the due date is November 1 st . A quick overview: o All managers are required to take the PIDAT training on MyLMS o All managers and associates are requires to sign the following two forms: Receipt of PIDAT policy and Receipt of PIDAT form. o If in the states of Ct, NY, VT or RI – there is an additional supplemental form as well to be given/signed off on to our associates.
