Through the Future of Work program, we prioritised flexibility, open communication and feedback, creating a workplace culture where every person feels valued and supported. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion shines through our initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace. We have introduced core inclusion training, disability training, LGBTQI+ training, and Respect @ Work training, empowering our employees with the knowledge and skills to cultivate an environment of understanding and respect. Additionally, our bite-sized training sessions on HR topics and our focus on navigating significant legislative changes in industrial relations ensure sta stay informed and equipped for success. Together, we celebrate diversity, embrace inclusion and continue to learn and grow as a united team, creating a positive and empowering work environment for all.

We also prioritised employee wellbeing and safety, implementing comprehensive training programs on occupational violence, aggression, vicarious trauma, and mental health support. Supporting our people leaders, we launched a new Community of Practice (COP) that outlines best leadership practices. Additionally, we provided Employee Assistance Program (EAP) training to ensure our leaders have the tools to support their teams' wellbeing. To enhance accessibility and self-service capabilities, we introduced a People and Culture self-serve intranet and a dedicated People Leader Centre, providing easy access to information, policies, and resources. We are proud of the progress made in fostering growth and inclusion and we remain dedicated to innovation, employee wellbeing and continuous learning.
