Esta plaza está conformada por planos de muros sueltos, separados de la estructura principal del edificio y separados del área netamente "habitable", creando una doble piel que protege y da intimidad al interior de los departamentos. Estos muros crean un espacio escultórico, una plaza significativa, un área de contemplación poco habitual en este tipo de encargos. Patios de luz traspasan el cuerpo edificado en toda la altura del edificio hasta llegar al subterráneo de estacionamientos, llevando vegetación, luz y aire a un espacio tradicionalmente oscuro e inhóspito. Lo mismo sucede en los espacios de circulaciones públicas entre escaleras y ascensores y departamentos, que bordean las áreas de patios interiores y de jardines verticales. Los departamentos del primer piso salen directamente a amplios jardines de uso exclusivo y los del tercer piso, suben a través de una escalera y un espacio de doble altura a la cubierta donde se encuentra una gran terraza-jardín. En la fachada se han combinado elementos de hormigón armado a la vista y estuco blanco, destacándose celosías que filtran la luz hacia el interior. Light courts pierce the full height of the building down to the underground parking, bringing vegetation, light and air to a traditionally dark and inhospitable space. The same goes for the public circulation spaces between stairs, elevators and the apartments, surrounding the patio areas and vertical gardens. The apartments on the first floor connect directly to large exclusive gardens. Those on the third floor are linked to a large garden terrace on the roof deck by means of a staircase and double level space. The facade combines elements in exposed concrete and white stucco, with lattices that stand out filtering light into the interior.
