Se reconoce el valor de este ir a lo largo del río, por ello se busca establecer una continuidad con el parque y el memorial. The river is a major dimension and horizon for the city. The park presents the possibility of building an edge to manifest the splendor of this major dimension; this explains the park by the river. The value of walking by the river is enhanced, and therefore the aim is to establish continuity with the park and the memorial.
