_Descenso Desde este primer nivel, el del casco antiguo, una serie de escaleras tendidas sumergen de manera larga y tranquila a un nivel nuevo, el del parque. Se trata de recorridos largos que rodean el patio y bajan acompañados de vistas lejanas. La bajada sur conecta directamente, en una gradinata de tramo único, los dos niveles, enfilado hacia la fachada histórica arriba y hacia el foyer de la gran sala abajo. La bajada norte desciende en dos tramos: el primero conecta con el nivel del foyer del teatro de bolsillo, un nivel intermedio, y luego en una segunda dirección enfila hacia el foyer de la gran sala. Una tercera escalera se aprovecha de la pendiente de la sala de bolsillo y conecta naturalmente el foyer con el nivel del parque. Se construye una red de bajadas que conectan los niveles del proyecto y la ciudad. _Patio Envuelto por el sistema de bajadas y entre los dos foyeres enfrentados se construye un lugar interior y tranquilo dentro del parque general. El nivel de terreno se libera lo más posible, apoyándose en él solo los programas que necesariamente –por sus alturas– deben llegar a posarse: la sala principal y la sala menor. Se construye así un lugar permeable y fluido, de paso y de estancia, un edificio en el parque.
_Descent From the first level of the old city a series of stairways submerge in a long and tranquil manner towards a new level, the park. These long circulations encircle the garden and command distant views. The south descent connects directly both levels in a single span from the historical façade on top to the grand hall foyer on the lower level. The north stairway descends in two spans: the first one connects the foyer level with the pocket theater, an intermediate level, and later in a second turn directs toward the grand foyer. A third stairway follows the slope of the pocket theater directly connecting to the park level. A network of descending stairs is built to connect the levels of the project to the city. _Courtyard A court appears enveloped by the stairway system and between the foyers, a tranquil and interior space in the main park. The ground level is cleared as much as possible, only the grand hall and the small theater are placed on this level due to their heights. The place is therefore permeable and fluid, a space to cross and dwell in, a building in the park.
