_Laguna El ambiente del nivel inferior está fuertemente caracterizado por la presencia de las napas y su ambiente de vega. Se construye una laguna, un jardín acuático que enfría y humidifica, una atmósfera silvestre alejada de la ciudad. De manera sustentable, el lugar se carga de esa atmósfera singular que da el agua, su vegetación y fauna asociadas. _Foyer Construye la última secuencia de situaciones que llevan del espacio de la ciudad al espacio de abstracción y ficciones de la sala. Desde el patio se ingresa a una nave interior alta y luminosa que alinea los espacios públicos en todo el ancho del edificio. El foyer se construye como un gran frente, de 60 m de largo abierto al patio. _La sala Se plantea como un espacio flexible. Las diversidad de manifestaciones artísticas contemporáneas, montadas de infinitas maneras, formatos, puestas en escena y relaciones con la audiencia hace necesario la construcción de espacios flexibles que sean capaces de albergar montajes tradicionales y no quedar obsoletos y ciegos a los desarrollos artísticos modernos. La sala es un espacio genérico y multifuncional que construye esencialmente la flexibilidad de las artes escénicas. Junto a ello se plantea la incorporación de sistemas de control capaces de manejar acústicamente la sala y su reverberación. Se trata de una sala seca sobre la cual se montan diferentes sonoridades de acuerdo a cada necesidad. Se construye un lugar para contemplar, un escenario “que se abre a las verdades estéticas, sociales e históricas”.
_Pond The atmosphere of the lower level is strongly characterized by the presence of groundwater and its wetland environment. A pond is built, a water garden that cools and humidifies; a wilderness area away from the city. In a sustainable manner, the place is loaded with the unique atmosphere given by the water, its vegetation and fauna. _Foyer The foyer builds the final sequence of situations leading from the urban space to the abstract and fictional space of the hall. From the courtyard one enters an interior nave, high and bright that lines the public spaces spanning the width of the building. The foyer is built as a great façade, 60 meters long and open to the courtyard. _The hall The proposal presents a flexible space. The diversity of contemporary art performances, mounted in infinite ways, formats, mise-en-scènes and relationships with the audience necessitates the construction of flexible spaces capable of accommodating traditional staging that will not become obsolete and blind to modern artistic developments. The hall is a generic and multifunctional space that essentially reflects the flexibility of the performing arts. The project also includes control systems capable of handling the acoustics and reverberation of the hall. It is a dry room on which different sound performances can be assembled according to each requirement. The place is built for contemplation, a stage that “opens to the aesthetic, social and historical truths.”
