A4 joined the team for this important real estate development in order to design an idea for the complex and seven buildings, independent and distinct, in a large plot facing Araucano Park between Presidente Riesco Avenue and El Plomo, Urano and Pio XI Streets. The comprehensive proposal dealt with the design of a“new neighborhood”for the city, enhancing the value of the urban land in the promenade and meeting places, leisure areas, services and everything a pedestrian boulevard can offer. Several developers have progressively contributed to this overall plan, consolidating the urban proposal.
