Centro de Difusión y Cafetería: como equipamiento central se desarrolló el proyecto de un Centro de Difusión y Cafetería, emplazado en el borde del tranque. Dos muros paralelos, revestidos en piedra y semienterrados en la ladera, contienen las instalaciones y el acceso principal; para matizar el impacto visual se dispuso en la techumbre una cubierta vegetal. Al edificio se accede por un pasillo semienterrado entre ambos muros, sorteando la vegetación existente hasta ingresar al edifico. Las terminaciones y ambientación interior respetaron la rusticidad de los materiales, dejando los rollizos a la vista, maderas en bruto, durmientes, pisos de porcelanato rústico y piedra a la vista, aprovechando sus texturas. A partir de este volumen incrustado en el cerro nace una caja acristalada, transparente, desde donde se genera una plataforma que parece suspendida sobre el agua. De esta forma se puede apreciar el tranque y el entorno tanto desde el interior como de la terraza, con vistas en 180 grados. Como materialidad principal para su estructura se utilizan, en toda su rusticidad y longitud, rollizos de madera impregnada. En las dos explanadas laterales están previstas futuras ampliaciones. Information Center and Coffee shop: a project for an Information Center and Coffee shop was developed as the central facility, located on the edge of the dam. Two stone covered parallel walls, half-buried in the hillside, contain the facilities and the main entrance; the roof was planted to diminish the visual impact of the building. The building is accessed by a corridor between the two half buried walls, crossing through the existing vegetation. The interior finishes and furnishings respected the rustic conditions of the materials, leaving the wooden logs exposed, raw timbers, railroad ties, rustic porcelain tiles and exposed stone, highlighting all their textures. A glass box emerges from this volume embedded in the hill. Transparent, with a platform that seems suspended above the water. This way you can see the dam and the surroundings both from the inside and on the terrace, with 180 degree views. The structure is based mainly on impregnated wooden logs, used in all their rusticity and length. Future expansions will extend over the two side esplanades.
