El emplazamiento y las características geográficas del terreno fueron claves en la formulación del plan maestro de la Ciudad Deportiva, que se organiza en tres terrazas en desnivel a lo largo de Av. El Peñón en un emergente sector de Puente Alto. Las edificaciones principales van en la terraza intermedia, entre las zonas destinadas a canchas. En esta etapa, la edificación se organiza como una serie de módulos unidos entre sí a través de una pasarela que balconea sobre las canchas, acomodando de manera natural el crecimiento futuro del recinto. The location and geographical features of the site were key in the preparation of the Master Plan for this sports compound, organized into three staggered terraces along El Peñón Avenue in a flourishing sector of Puente Alto. The main constructions are located on the middle terrace between the areas destined for sport fields. In this phase the buildings are organized as a series of modules linked together by a footbridge that overlooks the sport fields, easily accommodating the future expansion of the venue.
