Esta primera etapa del proyecto ocupa 5 has con 1.000 m² edificados aprox. El primer nivel, de estructura de albañilería reforzada de bloque de hormigón, reúne los camarines, bodegas y recintos técnicos configurándose como piso zócalo. El segundo nivel es el piso principal; espacialmente se plantea como un elemento liviano que se apoya sobre el zócalo y acoge los recintos más nobles: el acceso al club, casino para visitas, oficinas y gimnasio de entrenamiento. Este piso tiene un nivel levemente superior a las canchas de pasto natural (terraza superior) y, desde la pasarela poniente, tiene una vista privilegiada sobre las canchas de pasto sintético (terraza inferior) y sobre Santiago. La estructura metálica del piso responde a su condición de liviandad, al tiempo que entrega espacios de dimensiones importantes y gran flexibilidad para su uso. The first phase of the project occupies 5 hectares with 1,000 m² of construction. The first level with the dressing rooms, storage areas and technical rooms is built with reinforced concrete block masonry, forming a base ground floor. The second level is the main floor; spatially it is a light element supported by the base and lodges the more noble premises; the Club access, dining room for guests, offices and training gym. This level is slightly higher than the natural grass sport fields (top terrace) and from the west footbridge has a privileged view over the artificial turf fields (lower terrace) and Santiago. The steel structure of this level responds to its desired expression of lightness while at the same time provides spaces with large dimensions and high flexibility in use.
