La propuesta a nivel nacional se basa en dos volúmenes independientes cuyos sistemas de fachada cambian de acuerdo a su emplazamiento a lo largo del país, armonizando con el entorno y mejorando su eficiencia térmica. El primer volumen, de mayor altura, alberga el estudio de televisión, el pañol y las salas de edición periodística y redacción. Su exterior se transforma en un gran soporte gráfico y de iluminación, proporcionando una fuerte identidad corporativa que se mantiene en todas las sedes regionales. El segundo volumen corresponde a una barra que soluciona las áreas administrativa, de esparcimiento y técnica, cuya fachada cambia según el entorno. La propuesta contempla diferentes soluciones de fachadas para las diferentes zonas del país. El proyecto cuenta con altos estándares técnicos y de comodidad, tiene una imagen atemporal y flexible, permitiendo el crecimiento tanto de las oficinas como del estudio. The proposal, at national level, is based on two independent volumes, with a facade system that changes according to their location within the country. This helps achieve a harmonious relationship with the environment and improves their thermal efficiency. The first volume, of greater height, contains the study of television, a technical compartment and the journalistic editing and writing rooms. Its exterior transforms into a great graphic and lighting support, providing a strong corporate identity across the country. The second volume corresponds to a bar that addresses the administrative, recreational and technical areas, with a facade that changes according to each environment. The proposal contemplates different facade solutions according to the different areas of the country. The project has high technical and comfort standards, and a timeless and flexible image, allowing the growth of both the offices and the studio.
