Los propietarios querían independencia para sus tres hijas universitarias y su hijo varios años menor. Al mismo tiempo, eran prioritarios los espacios comunes interiores para privilegiar la vida de familia. La propietaria, aficionada al arte y la decoración, quería poder destacar sus objetos, lo que llevó a incorporar nichos, muros e iluminación pensando en cada detalle. The owners wanted independence for their three college daughters and a younger son. At the same time the common interior spaces were crucial to favor family life. The owner, an amateur art collector, wanted to highlight her objects, which led to incorporate niches, walls and lighting with attention to detail.
