To achieve the desired aesthetics and functionality the walls and interior partitions were treated by wrapping the glass in wood, concealing doors and onsite built archives. The compact space available in the access area led to search for a more spacious feeling by segmenting and articulating the wall in short stretches, creating glass boxes that play with light and shadow while allowing for partial views of the interior and circulations, controlling the continuity and transparency of the space but permitting occasional views and glimpses of lights, windows and singular places.
