A través de ciertas constantes, sus proyectos buscan crear y recrear la geografía en lenguaje arquitectónico, pero sobre todo hacerse cargo de las necesidades del habitante frente al desarrollo de las ciudades. As the person responsible for the main urban parks of the past years, Teodoro Fernández is one of the most important reference for landscape architecture of public spaces in Chile. Through certain constant features, his projects tend to create and recreate geography with an architectural language, but above all respond to the needs of the city dweller against urban development.
