Los arquitectos Manuel Wedeles, Ernesto Barreda, Sergio Alemparte, Amalia Barreda e Yves Besançon -de ABWB-reciben el Premio a la Trayectoria./ The architects Manuel Wedeles, Ernesto Barreda, Sergio Alemparte, Amalia Barreda and Yves Besançon -ABWB- receive the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Alemparte Barreda Wedeles Besançon fue fundada en 1953 por los arquitectos Sergio Alemparte Aldunate y Ernesto Barreda Fabres. En 1974 se incorporó Manuel Wedeles Grez y tres años después Yves Besançon Prats; este año se les unió la joven arquitecta Amalia Barreda Blackburn. La oficina se ha dedicado al diseño de arquitectura, de urbanismo y diseño interior, habiendo ejecutado numerosas obras en el campo de la hotelería, oficinas, hospitales, viviendas, industrias, proyectos de transporte urbano e interiorismo. Ha ejecutado proyectos a lo largo de Chile y, en el exterior, en Bolivia, Paraguay, España, Estados Unidos, Perú y Colombia. En su experiencia destacan trabajos conjuntos con importantes firmas internacionales de arquitectura e ingeniería. Además de los socios, ABWB cuenta con un eficiente equipo formado por cinco asociados y 25 arquitectos proyectistas, todos ellos de larga permanencia en el equipo.
Alemparte Barreda Wedeles Besançon was founded in 1953 by architects Sergio Alemparte Aldunate and Ernesto Barreda Fabres. In 1974 Manuel Wedeles Grez joined the company and three years later Yves Besançon Prats; this year they were joined by young architect Amalia Barreda Blackburn. The office is dedicated to architectural design, urban planning and interior design, having performed numerous works in the field of hospitality, corporate, hospitals, housing, industries, urban transport projects and interior design. They have carried out projects throughout Chile and abroad in Bolivia, Paraguay, Spain, USA, Peru and Colombia. Its experience includes joint ventures with major international architecture and engineering firms. In addition to the partners, ABWB has an efficient team of five associates and 25 designer architects, which have all been part of the team for a long time.
