Sumarse a la edificación existente y al Master Plan del proyecto original, respetando su impronta racionalista e institucional, así como también los actos y la vida cotidiana de la Escuela Naval. En segunda instancia, consolidar el contexto inmediato al polígono de intervención comprendido por el Edificio de Habitabilidad, el Patio de los Cañones y el Edificio de Administración, respetando para el emplazamiento del nuevo edificio la zona designada por los arquitectos del proyecto original. The project considers the following structural axis and core ideas: 1. Connect with the existing constructions and follow the Master Plan of the original project, with due respect for its rationalist and institutional spirit, as well as for the events and everyday life of the Naval Academy. Also consolidate the immediate context of the polygon of intervention as determined by the Living Quarters Building, the Cannon Courtyard and Administration Building, considering the zone specifically set aside by the architects of the original project for the location of the new building.
