- Aula Magna: se emplaza bajo el Patio de los Cañones, de forma de no impactar formalmente en el conjunto dadas sus grandes dimensiones. Se ha considerado como una "caja negra", y al enterrarla se han mejorando naturalmente sus condiciones acústicas y de aislamiento. Se accede directamente desde dicha explanada a través de un sistema de escaleras hacia el foyer, y desde este último, al patio de butacas de la sala. El foyer se ubica en un nivel intermedio entre el Patio de los Cañones y la sala de butacas. Se constituye en el elemento articulador de los distintos elementos del programa, tanto visual como físicamente. Es un patio más, cubierto, dentro de la trama de llenos y vacíos de la arquitectura existente. 3. Patio del Casino: un segundo patio, abierto y de orden menor, se localiza al sur poniente del complejo. En torno a él se organizan la cafetería y la Administración. 4. Acceso de servicio, estacionamientos y otros: al costado sur de la vía de acceso a las viviendas de oficiales, se genera una rampa de acceso a los niveles inferiores (3), donde se ubican los estacionamientos requeridos (300) y el servicio a la cocina del casino, escenario y backstage del Aula Magna.
- The Auditorium: located under the Cannon Courtyard so as to not interfere formally with the complex due to its large dimensions. It was conceived as a “black box”, buried so as to naturally improve its acoustic and isolation conditions. It is accessed directly from this esplanade through a set of stairs to the foyer and from the latter to the seating hall. The foyer is located at an intermediate level between the Cannon Courtyard and the seating hall. It becomes the focal point of the different elements of the program, both visually and physically. It’s one more courtyard, covered, among the framework of full and void spaces of the existing architecture. 3. The Mess Hall Courtyard: a second courtyard, open and of a lower order, is located south west of the complex. The cafeteria and the administration are organized around it. 4. Access, parking lots and other spaces: to the south of the officers housing access road, a ramp provides access to the 3 lower levels that contain the required parking (300 units) and the service areas for the cafeteria kitchen, auditorium stage and backstage.
