El desafío del proyecto consistió en el desarrollo de un complejo programa estudiantil que debía insertarse en un barrio de conservación histórica, permitiendo las distintas actividades educativas interiores y exteriores y la relación fluida de la actividad universitaria con la ciudad, al tiempo de poner en valor el carácter patrimonial del barrio. The challenge of the project was to develop a complex educational program inserted in a historical preservation district, allowing for the various indoor and outdoor educational activities and the fluid relationship of the university with its urban environment, while enhancing the architectural heritage of the neighborhood.
