El partido general de la vivienda parte de una planta en ‘L’, en la cual se generan dos fachadas herméticas que dan hacia la calle de la comunidad y al vecino. Las otras dos fachadas se abren hacia un patio central y a las vistas sobre la quebrada y el río, como también a la luz norte. The concept for the house originates in an “L” shaped plan producing two closed façades towards the community street and the neighbor. The other two façades open towards a central courtyard and to the views of the ravine, the river and northern exposure.
