Las características de un terreno con pendiente pronunciada y dimensiones restringidas obligaron a desarrollar para esta vivienda unifamiliar un proyecto compacto, que se estructura en torno a dos patios interiores de modo de captar luz y lograr las mejores orientaciones a los distintos recintos que se desarrollan a su alrededor. The conditions of a site with a steep slope and restricted dimensions led us to develop a compact project for this single family home where two indoor patios provide natural light and offer the best exposures for the different rooms around them.
