A New Year Brings Time to Reflect and Plan

These goals often have to do with living well by implementing healthy habits related to exercise/activity, diet, and finances. Very few of us use the start of a new year as a time to think about our end of life wishes and documents despite the fact that the new year is a wonderful

for you and your loved ones. If you find incorporating end of life planning into your year intimidating or confusing, you are not alone. That is why PCOA has an End of Life team that is dedicated to providing individualized help and support. If you are interested int these services, please call us our helpline at (520) 790-7262. They will get you in touch with our End of Life team who can provide information, resources, and support to help you with your new year’s goals.
