Ubicado en la V Región, este encargo integra una serie de edificios industriales de la empresa en varias ciudades del país. Por ello, su materialidad, colores e impronta responde a un lenguaje corporativo para la gerencia de Transportes del mandante. Located in the 5th Region, this commission involves a number of industrial buildings of the company in several cities. Therefore, its materials, color and image respond to a corporate language for the Transport division of the client.
La extensión propia e inherente a los centros de distribución, en este caso una cuadra y media, dificulta trabajar con quiebres y aportes estéticos que puedan debilitar la función esencial del edificio. Por ello, la posición del cuerpo central de módulos de 17 x 20 m es crucial con los edificios de apoyo: oficinas administrativas, casinos de personal, zonas de cajas de pago y valores de distribución, circulaciones y estacionamientos para más de 120 vehículos de distribución. El sentido del uso (anti horario) generó la posibilidad de ingresar los productos por un mínimo de puertas y sacar las cargas al cliente por estaciones de puertas de distribución, todo bajo aleros de 10 m de volado diseñados para mantener los productos en las condiciones adecuadas. The extension inherent to distribution centers, in this case a block and a half, makes it difficult to work with breaks and aesthetic contributions that may weaken the essential function of the building. Therefore, the position of the central body in modules of 17 x 20 m is crucial to the support buildings: administrative offices, staff cafeterias, checkout areas and values of distribution, circulation and parking for over 120 delivery vehicles. The direction of use (anti clockwise) led to the possibility of entering products through a minimum amount of doors and removing the loads for the customer through distribution door stations, all under 10 m wide cantilevered eaves designed to preserve the products in adequate conditions.
