Bush Angus - 51st Annual Angus Bull & Female Sale [2/22/25]

COULD BE USED ON HEIFERS Flyer is the first bull out of his fabulous Blackjack- sired dam. She is a darn good cow for appearance and function. This year will be the 5th straight time she has bred first cycle. He presents a lot of power because he is stout, square backed, has more bone, and is bold in his structure. Genomic results indicate low birth, along with a weaning rank of top 14% and yearling rank of 9%. Interesting fact is his genomic rank for RE was 4% and his HP was 7%. This guy brings a lot of good things to the table. A very moderate birth weight, an 863# weaning weight, a fantastic milk EPD of +32, top of the breed RE number, and he is made right to be a calving-ease sire.

COULD BE USED ON HEIFERS Gaining a little over 4# a day, he is bound to look very much the part of a darn good heifer bull come sale day. He has a great lower rib shape and extra length of side. The maternal sire has a -2.1 BEPD and the dam is just a +.3. Her 6 calves at birth only have an average ratio of 96. Lower birth weights from this bull are assured. Besides the great record the dam is putting together, the grand dam was even better with 9 calves doing 107 for both weaning and yearling. This is a true calving-ease bull with a whole bunch of performance to boot.
