La estructura existente se integra a la nueva al reemplazar los cerramientos de bloques de hormigón del Edificio Ex Arte por vidrio termopanel de piso a cielo, alineando los aspectos funcionales del bloque, extendiendo su actividad al nuevo perímetro y homologando el funcionamiento climático del edificio. The intervention refreshes and revitalizes the behavior of the existing structure. It also generates a new relationship with the two Campus courtyards. The existing structure is integrated into the new one by replacing the concrete block walls of the former Arts Building with double glazed floor to ceiling windows, aligning the functional aspects of the block, extending its activity to the new perimeter and standardizing the environmental (climate control) operation of the building.
