Esta diversidad programática se ha consolidado en un único edificio de planta rectangular con dos alas articuladas por un patio intermedio. En el ala oriente se disponen los camarines de jugadores y árbitros, baños y bodega deportiva, mientras que en el ala poniente se ubica el salón principal, baños de servicio, cocina, bodega y oficinas, además de un patio de servicio. The venue hosts a series of programs important to community life: facilities for the Neighborhood Board, offices for senior groups, the Sport Club and the Rural Potable Water Committee, and a football field with dressing rooms. This diversified program has been consolidated into a single rectangular building with two wings articulated by a central courtyard. The east wing holds the dressing rooms for players and referees, bathrooms and sporting equipment storage, while the west wing houses the main hall, service bathrooms, kitchen, warehouse, offices and a service yard.
