The project focused on three elements:
Space and light as the organizing elements of the project Given the conditions of location and the obstruction caused by other adjacent buildings, the general plan of the building is organized around a bright central empty space, from which the rest of the premises are bathed in natural light. This central space is also meant as the place where eyes meet, physical contact and integration of people can occur, and where they can engage in the hallway conversations that contribute to communication, creativity and the growth of an organization. Wire is the basis of the corporate image The facade of the building became a ground for experimentation with wire. For the first time a basket of electro welded wire mesh with highly demanding proportions was put to the test, to be filled with stones in the manner of a gabion. The volume of the project is comprised by three parts: the solid volume in the back with the previously described finish, a suspended volume containing the management offices, and between them a glass volume that serves as the access. A large deck gives unity to the building covering these three elements.
