La estructura principal es de vigas IN de acero, las cuales que conforman la nave, quedando la Sala de Degustación en volado de 15,5 m completamente suspendida sobre el agua. Este espacio cuelga mediante tensores de la estructura metálica, con parámetros acristalados que integran perfectamente al visitante con toda la naturaleza del lugar. Para los recubrimientos y terrazas se utilizaron roble viejo de demolición aserrado y durmientes de roble natural. El paisajismo y recuperación del borde de la laguna irá sumergiendo poco a poco las instalaciones en tierra, dejando que las salas y sus áreas de terraza emerjan libremente sobre el agua y el paisaje.
The main structure forming the nave are steel “IN” beams, with the Tasting Room in a 15.5m cantilever completely suspended over the water. This space hangs by means of tensors from the metal structure, with glazed parameters that integrate the visitor perfectly with the entire nature of the place. Aged oak of sawed demolitions and sleepers of natural oak were used for the coverings and terraces. The landscaping and recovery of the lagoon’s edge will little by little submerge the facilities on earth, leaving the rooms and its terraces to freely emerge over the water and the landscape.
