Este trabajo enfrentó los filtros de la burocracia, las inclemencias del clima y la dispar ubicación de cada una de las escuelas. Para resolver el problema del escaso tiempo se tomaron ciertas decisiones clave. Se estableció que una oficina centralizaría la elaboración de los planos generales de las escuelas tipo y los detalles de los espacios públicos y baños. Posteriormente, las otras oficinas participantes se encargarían de los planos generales de cada una de las escuelas con la topografía disponible y otros antecedentes, muchas veces insuficientes o incompletos. La oficina central tomaría a su cargo los proyectos más complejos, no sólo por su envergadura sino por su relación con edificaciones que se deseaba conservar o respetar de cada proyecto. En varias ocasiones se trabajó con mínimos antecedentes, en un "fast track” permanente y desquiciado. La cantidad de proyectos y la gran extensión de la tarea hizo de este desafío un trabajo que involucró a un gran número de profesionales, técnicos y trabajadores que se sumaron como un equipo silencioso y eficiente, que buscó ubicar la Educación en un lugar digno y de primer nivel, con todo la tecnología disponible y los medios para lograrlo.
This work faced the bureaucracy filters, the inclemency of the climate and the different location of each one of the schools. To resolve the limited time issue, certain key decisions were taken. It was established that an office, would centralize the elaboration of the general plans and the details of the spaces public and bathrooms for the generic school type. Later, the other participating offices would be in charge of the general plans of each one of the schools with topography and other information available, many times insufficient or often incomplete. The central office would take care of the most complex projects, not only because of their magnitude but also because of its relationship with specific constructions that were aimed to be conserved or respected in each project. On several occasions one worked with minimum information, in a permanent and crazy “fast track” mode. The quantity of the projects and the great breadth of this task required this challenge to involve a great number of professionals, technicians and workmen that joined as a silent and efficient team, which sought to locate Education in a worthy place of first level, with all the technology available and the means to obtain it.
