The value of time: the building as well as wine, ages, and its materiality mutates progressively in a time space relation, allowing the surrounding nature to envelope and integrate it constantly, allying itself thus to the passage of time. The skin is formed like a permeable immersion that filters and connects internal and external sensations; it protects surprises from the interior and creates magical connections with the surroundings by means of light and vegetation, constructing a great body that emerges with the place. In addition to being a succession of galleries and linear routes, the museum is a constant emitter of currents and sensations related to the wine-making process, and the observer can savour the space and the ritual of wine-tasting through actions that procure mystery, creation, fluidity, immersion, air filters and structure.
