This garden will be the center of the project. The new building functions and is structured around it, and whose height does not exceed the historic property in order to enhance it. It has been understood as a complement, so as to understand the compound as a single building. The proposal is based on a formal resolution centered on the structure, moderate and timeless, which integrates harmoniously with the existing history. Materials are noble and monochromatic, based on a skeleton of exposed concrete, walls of stone and glass paneling.
Este jardín será el centro del proyecto. En torno a él funciona y se estructura el nuevo edificio, que no excede en altura al inmueble histórico para ponerlo en valor; ha sido entendido como un complemento, de manera de entender el conjunto como un edificio unitario. Se ha optado por una resolución formal centrada en la estructura, sobria y atemporal, que se integre de manera armónica con lo histórico y existente. La resolución material es noble y monocromática, en base a un esqueleto de hormigón a la vista, cerramientos de placas de piedra y cristal.
