La configuración del proyecto reside en tres aspectos fundamentales: 1. Idea de funcionamiento: se habilitan continuidades espaciales y visuales en el área de las galerías y talleres que transparentan los distintos estados del proceso creativo. Por encima de la edificación, la terraza-jardín que cubre los talleres de producción artística y las galerías de exposiciones. Por debajo se encontrarán el hall de acceso, sala de artes gráficas y, finalmente, estacionamientos y bodegas. 2. Estrategia proyectual: la implantación del edificio preserva el máximo de árboles del lote, lo que incide en su configuración formal. Las galerías de exposición se disponen como terrazas en continuidad espacial en cuyas superficies se pueden disponer paneles de exposición. The configuration of the project is based on three aspects: 1. Idea of operation: the various stages of the creative process are shown by means of spatial and visual continuities enabled in the areas of galleries and workshops. On top of the building, the garden terrace covers the artistic production workshops and exhibition galleries. Underneath lie the entrance hall, graphic arts hall, and finally, the parking and storage areas. 2. Project strategy: the placement of the building preserves most of the trees of the site, affecting its formal configuration. The exhibition galleries are arranged as terraces with spatial continuity, and on their surfaces exhibition panels can be arranged.
