El edificio se levanta para hacer evidente y reconocible su presencia, en una de las vías estructurantes de la ciudad y por la que transita gran parte de la locomoción colectiva, desde el plan hacia su plataforma superior. En su recorrido interior el afiliado- usuario también va ascendiendo, teniendo siempre presente esta conquista de la altura que le permitirá reconocer los horizontes lejanos de su entorno, hacia el cerro y hacia el mar.
The building is lifted to establish a clear and recognizable presence on one of the main city streets where a significant part of public transportation runs from the lower plan to the upper plateau. In its interior journey, the customer-member will also ascend, always bearing in mind this conquest of heights, enabling him to recognize the far horizons of the surroundings, towards the hills and the sea.
