El edificio dispone de un enorme vacío central a modo de hall de recepción a todas las actividades del complejo, comerciales, recreativas y de descanso, desde donde observar la vida y efervescencia de movimiento del conjunto. Visuales cruzadas, siempre aseguradas y perseguidas desde el diseño. La cubierta del edificio fue otro de los grandes retos técnicos y estructurales, pues se independizó del resto de la edificación para remarcar su sentido de flotabilidad. Allí se dispuso una de las mayores cúpulas de Europa, con multitud de usos y posibilidades, así como un paseo perimetral desde donde disfrutar la magnífica vista de Barcelona, a 27 m de altura y con más de 300 m de recorrido. The building presents a huge central void as a reception hall for all the activities of the complex: shopping, leisure, recreation and rest, from which to observe the life and vibrancy of the whole compound. Crossing views are always insured and intended by the design. The roof of the building was another major technical and structural challenge since it was to be independent from the rest of the building to highlight its sense of buoyancy. One of the largest domes in Europe was put in place with a multitude of uses and possibilities, as well as a perimeter walk from where to enjoy the magnificent view of Barcelona, 27 meters above ground and over 300 m in length.
