PRO TIP: ARE YOUR NOZZLES WORN? HERE’S HOW YOU CAN CHECK! How Nozzles Wear Out: The throat is the narrowest part inside your nozzle — it’s what accelerates abrasive to maximum speed. As blasting wears it down, the bore (hole in your nozzle) widens, cutting velocity, wasting abrasive, and slowing your production. How To Check if Your Nozzle is Worn:

Use a nozzle gauge or drill bits to measure the bore. If it’s about 1/16” over its original spec size, it’s time to replace — or you’re paying for wasted abrasive, slower jobs, and extra fuel.

IF YOUR BORE’S OVER THESE SPECS, YOUR NOZZLE IS WORN— REPLACE IT NOW TO STOP WASTING ABRASIVE, TIME, AND MONEY Nozzle Size New Bore (in) Replace if bore is... #6 3/8″ over 7/16″ #7 7/16″ over 1/2″ #8 1/2″ over 9/16″ #10 5/8″ over 11/16″
