Un paramento de cristal y acero divide el interior y exterior de este gran espacio, generando terrazas y estares alternados que pueden ser integrados unos con otros mediante ventanas correderas. La materialidad está pensada para mimetizar el volumen con el entorno. Así piedra y hormigón visto se alternan en muros y cubierta generando una continuidad visual con la arena de la duna y la playa.
A glass and steel wall divides inside from outside of this great space, creating alternating terraces and living areas which can be integrated by means of sliding windows. Materials are meant to blend the volume with the surroundings. Therefore stone and exposed concrete alternate in walls and roofing creating a visual continuum with the sand of the dune and the beach.
