De tres niveles, con la misma fachada original de elevado porche, escalinatas y seis erguidas columnas clásicas, se dotó de una sala de recepción, un salón de directorio, oficinas, sala de uso múltiple con acceso a terraza y comedor para recepciones con su respectiva cocina y sala de servicios. Para el terremoto del 2010 la casona, ya terminada, no sufrió ningún daño. Desde el comienzo el parque fue prioritario dentro del concepto de sustentabilidad del conjunto propuesto, tanto por la mantención de áreas verdes como por el hecho de valorarlo como un objeto patrimonial. Buscando respetar el diseño original, se priorizó por sacar especies viejas, secas o afectadas por plagas.
With three levels and the same original facade with high porch, stairways and six elevated classic columns, the house was endowed with a reception hall, a boardroom, offices, multipurpose room with access to a terrace and dining room for receptions, with its corresponding kitchen and services. The house, already finished at the time suffered no harm with the 2010 earthquake. From the beginning the park was a priority within the overall concept of sustainability for the proposed compound, for both the maintenance of the green areas as well as for the treatment of the park as a valued element of heritage. In due respect for the original design, the priority was to remove old, dry or pest affected species.
