La sustentabilidad energética de los edificios se propicia mediante lucarnas que dividen los espacios y optimizan la iluminación natural sur; el norte se utiliza para instalar paneles fotovoltaicos en un ángulo que favorece su efectividad. Estructuralmente el proyecto utiliza elementos modulares de fácil acceso en el mercado, buscando eficiencia constructiva. Se conforma un espacio para la comunidad de Cholchol y sus alrededores, entregando un lugar apto para generar recursos a través del cultivo, provisión y venta de productos agrícolas en el terreno, además de contar con espacios de encuentro en la feria donde se comercializan los productos, potenciando al sector como futura extensión del pueblo. The energy sustainability of the buildings is facilitated by means of skylights that divide spaces and optimize southern daylight; the north is used to install photovoltaic panels at an angle that favors their effectiveness. Structurally, the project uses market accessible modular elements, aiming at constructive efficiency. A space for the Cholchol community and its surrounding area is created, delivering a suitable place to generate resources through cultivation, provision and sale of agricultural products on site, in addition to providing meeting places in the market where products are sold, promoting the sector as a future extension of the village.
