DO NOT VOTE FOR ME:
If you are Ok with getting letters from Compliance while Board members blatantly violate the HOA Governing Documents.
If you are Ok with members currently running for the Board who decorate their lot with fake flowers, decorate their Palm Tree with paper hearts, park on the soft scape, fly illegal flags, ect…while you get letters for weeds.
If you are Ok getting calls and warnings from Security for driving or parking incorrectly while they fly through the community at warp speed.
If you are Ok with “those” agents not being held to the HOA rules.
If the rules apply to YOU and not THEM!
If you are Ok with the AA Committee rewriting the rules to accommodate Board and board applicants past violations - DO NOT VOTE FOR ME!
VOTE FOR ME:
If you want it called out! And something done to stop it! If the rules don’t apply to everyone equally then they should delete them - agreed?
