Ribbon Cutting and Celebration Ceremony Once you have joined the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, you are able to schedule a ribbon cutting at your place of business or at the Chamber office. This is your time to shine! It is a great way to introduce your business to the community or celebrate your accomplishments. Resource Center Display—Chamber Office Members can display business cards, flyers, menus, coupons or any other promotional materials to be distributed to the public. This is our way of advertising for you, even when you are not here! Job Listings Connect with Texarkana’s highly educated workforce by posting job opportunities within your community. Discounts for member postings. e-Newsletters We send three emails each week to over 2,200 email addresses. On Sundays, our President sends the “On the Record” newsletter. It focuses on public policy; community happenings; and local, state and federal politics. Mondays are reserved for Chamber news. Here is where you will find upcoming ribbon cuttings and webinars, and ways to get plugged in. Published each Wednesday is our Member-to-Member email. It keeps members informed of upcoming events and ways to become involved and engaged in the community. Members can simply include their business card, or latest offerings, events, coupons, etc. Community Brochures We publish and distribute multiple brochures throughout the year for our community. Included are the: city maps, restaurant guides, hotel guides and attraction guides. These are given to visitors in our office, and distributed throughout the community, online and across the country for relocation and information purposes. Chamber members are bolded to stand out among the crowd.
