YOUR CHAMBER
Greetings from the Greater Texarkana Young Professionals! I am ready to see what the remainder of 2021 has in store. GTYP is looking to continue our efforts for our community, and focus on our members this year! The three main areas of focus we have set for 2021 are to GIVE, GROW, and GATHER. GIVE We will keep helping our local nonprofits and charities, and GIVE them any and all assistance possible with the goal of at least one organization per quarter. We are always looking to give a hand, so if you know of an organization needing help please let me know! GROW This is where we focus on our members. Throughout the year we will host professional development events geared 100% towards our members. GATHER “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know!” Networking is a major part of GTYP. We have a variety of members, and you never know what friendships and opportunities await after the first meeting. We are seeking members to join and participate in our new committees.
