MCMAHAN JOINS KNUTSON CONSTRUCTION TEAM

LEIGHTNER JOINS CITY OF ROCHESTER
Think Bank welcomes Mike Schletty as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking. Mike is a respected banking leader, known for his strong track record of supporting business growth through strategic direction and team leadership. In this role, he will guide Think Bank’s commercial banking team, shaping strategy and enhancing support for businesses across MN. His experience strengthens an already exceptional team and positions the bank for continued impact.
Mike McMahan is joining the Knutson Construction team as vice president of healthcare. This newly created role leverages McMahan’s extensive knowledge of the operations of major healthcare systems, providing Knutson’s customers with best-in-class expertise as their projects take shape. McMahan will lead Knutson’s healthcare practice, overseeing sector employees at all Knutson offices.
The City of Rochester has selected Amanda Leightner as its new Economic Mobility Program Specialist. In this strategic, collaborative role, Leightner will coordinate and advance the City’s economic mobility and opportunity efforts, in partnership with local and regional organizations. Leightner brings more than a decade of experience building entrepreneurial ecosystems, leading cross-sector partnerships, and advancing economic mobility.
GIANNINI CELEBRATES PROMOTION AND COMPLETION OF PE EXAM Adam Giannini has recently celebrated two significant achievements at Knutson Construction: a promotion and successful completion of the Professional Engineering (PE) exam. These accomplishments highlight his deep technical expertise, strong leadership qualities, and ongoing dedication to supporting clients as well as the Rochester construction and business community.

Chad has been a key member of the organization for 15 years, leading the Marketing and Communications team and helping shape the bank’s brand and customer experience. In his new role, he will continue guiding enterprise wide marketing strategy and overseeing community impact initiatives. This well deserved promotion reflects his longstanding leadership, vision, and dedication to the bank’s growth.
Ashley Kincaid recently assumed the role of Communications & Outreach Manager at People's Energy Cooperative. Over the last ten years, Ashley has demonstrated a proven track record of sharing the Cooperative's story through multiple communication platforms, member engagement events, and community outreach programs.
