From new, in-demand academic programs and construction of new facilities to a rapidly expanding athletic department and four straight terms of record enrollment, 2025 is set to be another banner year for the university. Fall 2025 will see the addition of Men’s and Women’s Golf and Bowling.

Texarkana College was the first established associate degree nursing program in Texas and continues to lead the region in nurse training. In addition, Texarkana College offers technical skills training in high-demand occupations including welding, automotive and diesel technology, electrical technology, HVAC, industrial technology, culinary, cosmetology, construction, aviation mechanics, plumbing, and office careers, among other fields.
